https://lightfield.app/Lightfield is a CRM built around one promise: salespeople should never type data into it. It reads your email and calendar, records and transcribes meetings, follows Slack, and keeps account and deal records current on its own. Our view: the idea is compelling for a startup that has not yet sunk years into Salesforce, but pricing jumps sharply after the first plan, and nothing on the site tells you which languages it actually understands.
A CRM that fills itself in
Connect Google or Outlook and Lightfield pulls in messages and meetings, records the calls on your calendar and transcribes them, then extracts who said what, what was promised and what happens next. It also syncs Slack, Microsoft Teams and, in beta on the Growth plan, LinkedIn. A “temporal context graph” tracks how each record changed over time, so you see how a deal got where it is, not just where it stands. You can define custom objects and relationships instead of bending your business to fixed templates.
Tired of juggling ten tabs? ToolSuite bundles the AI workflow tools power users rely on — in one place.
Try ToolSuite NowThe AI layer shows up as Ask Lightfield, a chat over your records, and as ready-made agent skills for deal review, account research, call prep, forecast updates and close plans. Agent-drafted emails wait for your approval before sending, which is the right default. Automations are described in plain language and built by the agent, sequences run across email and LinkedIn, and there is an API, an MCP server and a CLI. Two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot lets you trial it alongside your current system.
What is new
The team ships weekly. On 9 October it added meeting sync from Granola and a Sequences API; on 16 October, templated sequences and the ability to hand-edit fields the AI fills in. In September the company announced a $47M Series A led by a16z.
Pricing: a reasonable start, then a steep step
Starter costs $89 per user a month, billed monthly, for up to three seats and 50,000 records, with a 14-day free trial. The next tier, Pro, is $999 a month per workspace billed annually and adds automations, sequences, dashboards and credits for agent work. Growth is $1,999 a month, and Enterprise is custom. The site lists SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and GDPR. There is no free plan.
Test it in your own language first
Lightfield does not state any supported languages for transcription or drafting, and its entire value depends on understanding your calls and emails. If your team sells in Arabic, mixes Arabic and English, or works in any non-English market, use the trial for one specific test: record a real customer call, then check whether the deal record caught names, amounts and next steps correctly, and ask the agent for a reply draft in that language. If it fails, the rest of the feature list will not matter.
