Open this AI tool now
https://clipin.ai/Clipin AI is a browser studio with one main job: turning a product photo and a short brief into a creator-style vertical clip, the kind of unboxing, hands-on demo or “part of my morning” scene that fills TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Around that core it adds an image generator, a multi-scene Story mode, a conversational Agent, a video-effects tool called Genjutsu AI and a standalone background-noise remover.
Clipin reached us through two messages from the vendor’s team. Everything below was checked against the product’s own pages at the time of this review (October 2026), not copied from those messages. We did not run paid generations, so we make no claims about output quality.
Tired of juggling ten tabs? ToolSuite bundles the AI workflow tools power users rely on — in one place.
Try ToolSuite NowA front end over other companies’ models, and it says so
Clipin does not present a video model of its own. The generator’s model picker and the site’s model directory list third-party engines: MiniMax H3 and H3 Recast, Seedance 2.5, 2.0 and 2.0 Fast, FLUX 3, Wan 3, Kling 3 and Kling 3 Omni, and Veo 3.1 for video, plus Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 5.0 and FLUX 2 Pro for images. The homepage composer defaults to “bytedance/seedance-2.5”. The Terms of Service state plainly that generation requests may use third-party AI providers, and that their availability can affect processing.
That is not a criticism in itself: one account that switches between Kling, Veo and Seedance beats juggling subscriptions. What Clipin adds is the workflow: UGC-style templates, a credit estimate before every run, voiceovers on the same balance, a YouTube Shorts scheduler and shareable viewing links. Whether that layer is worth the margin is the real question.
More modes than the name suggests
Create offers Video, Image and Story modes; Story builds a multi-scene narrative, such as a travel journal, rather than one clip. The Agent is a multi-turn workspace for briefs, images and videos that keeps earlier versions in context; free accounts get 10 chat messages a day.
Genjutsu AI works the other way round: upload your own 2–15 second MP4 or MOV (up to 64 MB), then swap a character, outfit or object using reference images and a prompt while the original motion is kept. Its page showed a 125-credit estimate for one run.
The noise remover is the cheapest way in
The side tool at clipin.ai/tools/noise-remover cleans hum, hiss, wind, traffic and room noise from MP3, WAV, M4A or MP4 files, then lets you switch between the original and the cleaned track before downloading. With an MP4, only the audio track is replaced, and the site says it works on a phone.
Every account gets 2 free minutes once. After that, 1 credit covers each started 2-minute block, and lengths round up to the next whole minute first, so a 61-second file counts as 2 minutes. Credits are charged only after a file finishes, and you must sign in even for the free minutes. For podcasters and phone-recorded voiceovers, it is a cheap tool that needs nothing from the video side.
Pricing: credits, not videos
At review time the pricing page listed three subscriptions, all on one shared credit balance for video, images and voiceovers:
- Starter: $29 a month, or about $24 a month billed yearly ($288), for 500 credits a month.
- Creator: $79 a month, or about $65 a month billed yearly ($780), for 1,600 credits.
- Studio: $199 a month, or about $182 a month billed yearly ($2,184), for 5,400 credits.
- Experience Pack: $4.99 once for 115 credits, valid for 30 days, with no subscription.
New accounts get 10 free credits valid for 7 days, which is a taste, not an allowance: the homepage’s default setup showed a 100-credit estimate, and a site guide puts a 10-second, 720p-class clip at 38 credits. Starter is described as “up to 13 fast videos”, so heavier models or retries drain a month quickly, and monthly credits do not roll over.
Free-library files disappear 3 days after creation, and refunds cover only unused credit packs or an unused first subscription payment, requested within 7 days.
Synthetic creators, real disclosure duties
To its credit, Clipin is direct about what “AI UGC” means. Its FAQ says this is generated content, “not a real customer testimonial”, and its ads guide tells users to avoid inventing personal experiences and to make any disclosure the placement requires. The Acceptable Use Policy forbids content that falsely implies a person endorsed something and asks for AI labels where law or a platform requires them. The site also bars NSFW inputs and outputs.
That matters. Consumer-protection regulators in several markets, including the US Federal Trade Commission, treat fabricated testimonials as deceptive, and major video platforms ask for labels on realistic synthetic media. A “customer” praising a product they never used is the risky case; a clearly staged demo is not.
Arabic support: not documented
The site is English-only, with no Arabic interface, right-to-left layout or other language versions. No page we read lists voiceover or caption languages, and Arabic is not mentioned anywhere. The prompt box accepts free text, so an Arabic brief can be typed, but Arabic speech, lip sync or on-screen text depends on the underlying model and Clipin promises none of it. Test with the $4.99 pack before subscribing. The noise remover is the exception, since cleaning audio does not depend on the spoken language.
Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere
Clipin fits small e-commerce brands and social media marketers who need many short product clips, want access to several leading video models from one account, and are comfortable reviewing and labelling synthetic content before posting. Podcasters and creators who only need cleaner audio can use the noise remover on its own.
It is a weaker fit for teams that need Arabic voiceovers, captions or interface, since none of that is documented; for anyone wanting genuine testimonials; for heavy users who would rather pay a model provider directly; and for free-tier users, as 10 trial credits do not cover one default video.
