https://www.lucidya.com/Lucidya is a Saudi customer-experience platform, founded in Jeddah in 2016, best known for social listening: it tracks what people say about your brand on X, Instagram, TikTok and review sites, and reads the sentiment in dialect rather than only in Modern Standard Arabic. If your audience writes in Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine Arabic, it deserves a place on your shortlist, because global tools regularly misread a sarcastic Najdi tweet or Egyptian praise. It is, however, an enterprise subscription with a six-seat minimum, so it is not for a small shop or a freelancer.
Everything below was checked on lucidya.com product and pricing pages in October 2026.
Tired of juggling ten tabs? ToolSuite bundles the AI workflow tools power users rely on — in one place.
Try ToolSuite NowA published list of dialects, which is rare
Most platforms stop at “we support dialects”. Lucidya’s social listening page names 17 dialects in eight groups: Modern Standard Arabic; Saudi (Najdi, Hijazi and other regional varieties); Yemeni; Khaleeji (Emirati, Bahraini, Kuwaiti); Egyptian; Shami (Palestinian, Syrian, Lebanese); Maghrebi (Moroccan, Libyan, Algerian); and Iraqi. The company’s own “Our story” page says 15 dialects, though, so ask sales which list is current.
Lucidya also publishes an Arabic sentiment accuracy figure, but it is the vendor’s own number with no independent test behind it. A better check is your own data: take fifty posts about your brand that you have read and labelled yourself, including sarcasm and a mix of dialects, and compare your labels with the platform’s during the demo. Ten misses out of fifty means a dashboard that misleads you with confidence.
From listening to answering in the same platform
Lucidya is no longer just a monitoring tool. The platform now includes OmniServe, a unified customer-service inbox with ticketing and workflows; an AI Agent that answers routine questions and escalates the rest; Profiles, a single record per customer; plus surveys and online and broadcast media monitoring. Call analytics and TV and radio monitoring are sold as add-ons.
OmniServe connects to more than 30 platforms, including WhatsApp, email, Google Business Profile, the app stores and regional sites such as HungerStation and Zomato. TikTok direct messages were still marked “coming” when we checked.
Pricing: OmniServe is public, listening is a quote
Unusually for enterprise software in the region, Lucidya publishes OmniServe prices (checked October 2026 at lucidya.com/pricing/omniserve):
| Plan | Price | Minimum and billing |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | $125 per seat per month | 6 seats minimum, up to 20 users, billed every six months or annually |
| Enterprise | $250 per seat per month | 12 seats minimum, billed annually or multi-year |
The cheapest possible contract is therefore about $750 a month, with at least six months paid up front. Each seat includes 100 AI copilot suggestions and 100 AI agent conversations, pooled across the account; more conversations cost $100 per 500. WhatsApp and email carry extra charges. Social listening has three tiers (Basic, Professional, Enterprise), none with a published price.
Two details in the comparison table are worth noting. Permissions are limited to admin and member roles, with no custom roles yet. And the security and compliance pack, which the page says covers SOC 2, ISO certifications, Saudi PDPL and SDAIA requirements, is included only on Enterprise.
Who it suits, and who can do without it
Lucidya fits marketing, PR and customer-service teams at Gulf brands and government bodies: anyone who needs an accurate read of what the public says in its own dialects, and wants to answer from the same place. If your audience writes mostly in English, global platforms such as Brandwatch and Meltwater give broader coverage of foreign markets. And if what you need first is a bot answering on WhatsApp rather than listening, look at WideBot.
