https://dreamina.capcut.com/Dreamina is CapCut’s AI image and video platform and the official home of ByteDance’s Seedream image models and Seedance video models, with third-party models such as Veo 3.1, Sora 2 and Nano Banana added on top. It offers one of the widest model menus and a generous daily free allowance. Its terms, though, are tougher than most users assume, so read the rights section below before using it for client work.
ByteDance’s models, plus a few rivals
For images you get text-to-image, restyling, remixing, upscaling and templates for posters and logos. Seedream 5.0 Pro adds an unusual editing method: draw an arrow or circle over what you want changed, or split the picture into draggable layers. Video can start from text, an image or a sketch. The headline model is Seedance 2.5, announced at the end of July 2026, with clips up to 30 seconds, up to 50 multimodal references and the ability to edit a specific moment or character inside a clip. There are also talking-avatar tools and a marketing studio aimed at ad production.

Every account gets daily free credits. A Dreamina guide from September gives a baseline of 120 credits a day, while noting your account shows the real figure and that not every model is available on the free tier. The pricing page shows local currency; from our server it displayed euros: Basic at €13.99 a month, Standard €31, Advanced €138 and Ultra €450, with a first-month discount running until October 23. Paid plans remove the watermark, raise resolution and length, and unlock lip-sync. Third-party price lists we found were inconsistent and out of date, so check your own account.
Rights: the part the marketing skips
The terms of service, last updated January 2026, describe the service as generally for private, non-commercial use, with commercial use governed by additional terms “if permitted”. You own your inputs and outputs, but you grant Dreamina and other users a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose. The help centre says user information is used for model training. Uploading other people’s likeness without permission is banned, and outputs carry invisible watermarks and C2PA Content Credentials. For brand or client work, those points may decide the matter on their own.
Arabic: text-in-image claims, no Arabic interface
ByteDance says Seedream 5.0 Pro renders and translates text inside images in more than ten languages, Arabic among them; we have not tested that claim. The Middle East is listed among the rollout regions for Seedance 2.5 and Seedream 5.0 Pro, but the site has no Arabic interface and we found no confirmation of Arabic lip-sync. A quick test: ask for a café poster with a three-word Arabic name, check that the letters join, run right-to-left and keep their hamzas, then compare with Midjourney.
Who it suits
Dreamina suits creators who want to try the latest ByteDance, Google and OpenAI models under one subscription, and CapCut users who finish edits there. If you only need video, compare it with Kling and Google Veo before paying.
