https://lahajati.ai/Lahajati is a voice AI platform built for Arabic first, and that is the whole point of it. Where global tools such as ElevenLabs treat Arabic as one language among dozens, Lahajati sells dialects: Najdi, Kuwaiti, Egyptian, Tunisian, Algerian, Lebanese and more, alongside Modern Standard Arabic. It also transcribes audio and cleans up recordings. Our verdict: worth a serious look if you produce ads, lessons, IVR prompts or podcasts for a specific Arab audience, as long as you test your own dialect on the free plan first and read the refund terms closely.
Everything below comes from Lahajati’s own site (home page, pricing page and terms), checked in October 2026. We did not buy a paid package, so this describes what the company documents rather than long-term testing.

Try ToolSuite NowThe dialect is the product
Lahajati says it offers more than 600 voices and more than 192 Arabic dialects. That dialect count is ambitious enough to treat with some caution, but the published samples tell you more than the number does: a fast Kuwaiti delivery-app ad, Najdi Nabati poetry, an Algerian customer-service phone call, an economic news bulletin in MSA and a Lebanese voice note. What pushes it beyond plain text-to-speech is the choice of “performance style” (educational, formal, enthusiastic), and some samples include laughter, a light cough or quiet crying.
The studio lets you adjust tone, speed, emotion (joy, sadness, anger) and energy, and you can design a custom voice for your brand. The terms explicitly ban deepfakes and impersonating real people without consent, with a permanent ban and no refund for violations.
More than text-to-speech
- Speech-to-text: transcription of audio and video with speaker identification and punctuation, exported to TXT, DOCX, JSON with timestamps, SRT or VTT, which is handy for subtitling. If transcription is your main need, compare it with Munsit, another Arabic-focused option.
- Audio isolation and enhancement: noise removal and separating music from speech.
- Audio exports: MP3 up to 320 kbps, WAV, FLAC and M4A.
The company quotes very high transcription accuracy, but those are its own figures and there is no neutral Arabic benchmark to check them against. A simple test of your own works better: record two minutes in your dialect with a couple of names, a phone number and an English loanword, then compare the transcript with what you actually said.
Pricing: a permanent free tier and one-off packages
Lahajati is freemium. The free plan gives 10,000 points a month, reset monthly, with no credit card; one point equals one character. It is capped at 30 generations a day and 1,000 characters per generation. You can also try a 250-character demo on the home page without signing up. The FAQ says output from paid packages is licensed for commercial use, so commercial projects should plan on paying.
On the monthly view in US dollars at the time of writing, paid packages were Beginning at $6, Creator at $11, Distinguished at $15 and Business at $29 with unlimited points. All are one-time payments that do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. The page was also running a triple-points promotion until 1 November 2026; treat that as temporary.
The regional angle is concrete: prices can be shown in Egyptian pounds, Jordanian dinars, shekels and Moroccan dirhams as well as dollars, and payment options include Saudi Mada, Apple Pay and Google Pay besides Visa and Mastercard.
Mind the refund wording
The home page footer promises a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee”. The terms, however, describe a conditional 7-day guarantee that applies only to your first purchase and only if you have used less than 5% of the package limits. The terms are what usually counts, so assume the shorter window.
Who it suits
It fits content creators and marketers who need voice-over in their audience’s dialect, e-learning teams, customer-service teams recording IVR prompts, and anyone producing Arabic audiobooks. It is a weaker fit if you need English and other languages at the same quality, since the platform is centred on Arabic. Most importantly, test the exact dialect you need for free before paying: a convincing Egyptian voice says little about how good the Moroccan one is.
