Open this AI tool now
https://tldv.io/tl;dv has one of the most generous free tiers among meeting notetakers on the surface: unlimited recordings and transcripts for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. The catch is the AI part. Full automatic meeting notes cover only your first ten meetings, ever, and after that the free summaries stop at the first ten minutes of each call. That makes tl;dv a good fit for sales and customer success teams who will end up paying, and a weaker one if what you want is free summaries forever.
What the free plan really includes
tl;dv’s help center spells out the free limits, and they are lifetime caps, not monthly allowances:
Tired of juggling ten tabs? ToolSuite bundles the AI workflow tools power users rely on — in one place.
Try ToolSuite Now- Unlimited recordings, transcripts and manual timestamped notes.
- Full AI notes for the first 10 meetings, then AI notes for only the first 10 minutes of each meeting.
- 10 AI prompts and 10 scheduled AI Reports.
- 5 manual file uploads for transcription and 4 shareable clips.
- 20 integration credits, used each time a Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce or Salesloft workflow fires.
Free recordings are kept for three months. After three days they move to archive storage, and unarchiving one to watch the video can take up to an hour and a half. Every plan caps a single meeting at three hours, and you can’t record overlapping meetings on the free tier.
Pricing
The pricing page showed us euro prices per seat: Pro at €29 a month, or €18 a month billed yearly (€216), and Business at €39 a month, or €29 a month billed yearly (€348). The help center quotes paid plans “from just $18 a month”, so the currency you see probably depends on where you are. The annual discount is large enough that monthly billing only makes sense for a short trial.
Where it is strongest
The product is built around revenue teams. It logs call outcomes to your CRM, drafts follow-up emails, and runs AI Reports across many meetings, so a manager can ask which objections came up this week or which bugs customers raised on sales calls. Coaching and playbook scoring sit on the Business tier. The desktop app can record without sending a bot into the call, which matters to clients who object to a visible notetaker.
On privacy, tl;dv says data is hosted in the EU, that it is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 certified, and that recordings are never used to train AI models.
Arabic and multilingual meetings
tl;dv transcribes more than 30 languages, and its language list has six Arabic variants: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You choose between the default tl;dv model and the Whisper model, which the company calls more accurate for speaker identification and which can auto-detect the language and handle meetings that mix languages. That suits Gulf offices, where calls often switch between Arabic and English mid-sentence. The app interface itself is not available in Arabic, and the docs list no Maghrebi variants.
A quick test before you rely on it: record a ten-minute call in your own dialect with names, numbers and some English terms mixed in. Then compare both transcription models and check whether the AI notes kept the figures intact.
Alternatives on DaleelAI
If you only need a summary for every call and don’t need the CRM tooling, compare Fathom and the Tactiq browser extension before you commit.
